Setup is fast and easy. Simply click on "SIGN-UP" and Synthona, our highly trained virtual AI employee, will collect some basic information from you and build your account profile. The onboarding process takes just a few minutes.

Once you complete the sign-up process, you can build your first Synth population right away. The entire process takes 10-20 minutes. You simply tell us the purpose of your study, describe your target audience, and tell us about your organization. We handle the rest in real-time. 

Once you've built your first Synth population, you can build a study using the IQ Study Builder or you can start asking your Synths questions right away through the Ad hoc Insights on Demand feature. The Study Builder will ask you some questions and create a robust survey designed to help you unlock insights from your Synth population. You can add your own questions or direct the Study Builder to make edits as you see fit. The Study Builder will guide you through the process and do as much of the work as you want it to. 

You can build a population of Synths, create and execute a study, and generate a report in under 30 minutes. 

You can build Synth populations of up to 50 Synths at a time and maintain up to 500 Synths in your account. A Synth Population represents your target audience for a particular study. Most clients have population sizes of 25-50 Synths, depending on their target audience and what they're trying to accomplish. A smaller Synth population is appropriate for narrowly defined audiences with less diverse characteristics. Larger Synth populations are appropriate for more broadly defined target audiences that represent a wide swath of characteristics.  It is important for your Synth population sizes to be large enough to capture the diversity that exists in your real-world target audience. When in doubt, build a population of 50 Synths. 

You can create and delete Synths at anytime. You are only limited by a max number of Synths on file of 500. If you find yourself reaching your 500 Synth limit, simply delete one of your Synth populations to free up space. If you need to maintain more than 500 Synths on file, please reach out to us.

The IQ Study Builder is powered by Synthona, our highly trained and extremely dedicated virtual AI employee.  She will help you build studies that are designed to extract insights from your Synth population. To start, you'll tell her what you're trying to figure out, and she'll help you design and build a study to accomplish that goal. A study consists of context generation, Synth surveys, and a final report.

IQ Insights allows you to interrogate the results of your study after it has been executed and a final report has been generated. You can ask questions about the Synth population,  ask specific questions about the results, or anything else you want to dive deeper into. 

Ad hoc Insights on Demand allows you to ask one-off questions on the fly to all or a segment of your Synth population, to quickly gain insights without having to build and execute an entire study.  With this feature you can ask a question to your entire Synth population and receive answers based on each Synth's unique persona and perspective.

The monthly subscription fee is billed right away when you first sign up for a paid subscription. Then it is billed once per month on or about the same time of the month you initially signed up (your Regular Monthly Billing Date).

For payment, we require you pay with a debit or credit card. Our payment processor will securely store your card number according to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliant practices, and bill your card when you first sign up and then once per month on your Regular Monthly Billing Date. We will never store your payment account information ourselves. 

Yes. You can upgrade to the Paid Tier at anytime to unlock the features and benefits not available on the Free Tier.  When you do this, you will be charged the monthly subscription fee and your Regular Monthly Billing Date will commence from that point on.  With the click of a button, you will be able to rerun any studies you created on the Free Tier to get complete Synth responses and generate a full report with images.
